Dobson Communications (DCEL) which provides cellular phone service to rural U.S. markets announced the company expects a loss in subscribers in the second quarter. On the possitive side per unit revenue is expected to jump 13%.The stock traded up in after hours trading last night, and is doing well in the pre-market this morning.
