SIRI, and XMSR

Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Satellite Radio have agreed to a merger. The deal first must get by the FCC, and the antitrust division of the U.S. Dept of Justice. The deal calls for XM shareholders to get 4.6 shares of Sirius for every XM shared owned.
