I am going to watch it sink. As a former banking attorney, I looked to the regulatory filings. Why has no one picked up on the fact that the DFI has not, after 3 months, approved or disapproved the Ford minority stake application?
In this business, three months is an eternity, and it tells me that (1) DFI wants it to go away or (2) Ford wants it to go away.
Couple that with the fact that FMT STILL has not filed 2006 financials, and you wonder what is left for investors to pump?
Was gonna buy, but instead will fly.
