For the unknowing: Terrastar will deploy the 1st 4G platform with the cooperation and services of strategic partners such as Nokia,Siemens, Echostar, and others. Conceivably they will provide products and services (hi delivery wireless, etc) to major wireless providers nationwide. This is a TRUE sleeper. "We" are looking at a $25 price target by this time next year. Harbinger Capital already has over 1/2 a billion dollars in this deal and many major players (Loral Space Systems to name one)are committed to its success. This company could be a prime take over target for a private equity firm (Platinum ?) at a premium nicely beyond our one year target estimate.
